PalmLipi ("we," "us," "our") operates palmlipi.com and provides palmistry readings via WhatsApp. Our technology is trained on ancient Samudrika Shastra texts to interpret palm lines and features.

2. What we collect

Palm images — Photos you send via WhatsApp for your reading.
WhatsApp number — Your phone number, used solely to deliver your reading and follow-up responses.
Chat messages — Your questions and our responses during your reading session.
Payment information — Processed securely by our payment partner. We never see or store your card details.

3. How we use your data

To generate your personalized palm reading based on Samudrika Shastra principles.
To respond to your follow-up questions within your plan's access window.
To process payments for paid reading tiers.
To improve our reading accuracy and service quality (using anonymized, aggregated data only).

4. Palm image handling

Your palm image is used solely to generate your reading. All palm images are permanently deleted within 24 hours of your reading being delivered. We do not use your images for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond generating your reading.

5. Data retention

Palm images: Deleted within 24 hours of reading delivery.
Chat history: Retained for the duration of your plan's access window (24–48 hours depending on your tier), then deleted.
WhatsApp number: Retained to manage your account. You can request deletion at any time.
Payment records: Retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

6. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate PalmLipi:

WhatsApp Business API — To deliver readings and communicate with you.
Reading analysis technology — Trained on Samudrika Shastra texts to interpret your palm features.
Payment processor — To securely handle transactions. They operate under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data.
Correction — Request corrections to inaccurate data.
Opt out — Stop receiving messages from us at any time.
