The short version: PalmLipi provides palmistry readings based on Samudrika Shastra for self-discovery and entertainment. All purchases are final. You must be 13 or older to use this service.

1. About PalmLipi

PalmLipi provides palm reading services via WhatsApp. Our technology is trained on ancient Samudrika Shastra texts to analyze palm lines, mounts, and markings. By using PalmLipi, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PalmLipi.
If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
By using our service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Service description

PalmLipi offers palmistry readings in the following tiers:

Free reading — A brief overview of your three major palm lines.
Basic (₹99) — Full line and mount analysis with 12 follow-up questions within 24 hours.
Detailed (₹149) — Complete Samudrika Shastra reading with career, love, and health insights, plus 24 follow-up questions within 48 hours.
Ultimate (₹249) — Everything in Detailed plus partner compatibility analysis, career timing, life milestones, and 30 follow-up questions within 48 hours.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are one-time purchases. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing purchases are honoured at the price paid.

4. Readings disclaimer

PalmLipi readings are based on interpretations of Samudrika Shastra and are provided for self-discovery, personal insight, and entertainment purposes only.

Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Do not make life decisions based solely on your reading. Always consult qualified professionals for matters concerning your health, finances, or legal affairs.

5. Payments and refunds

All paid readings are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions.
All sales are final. Due to the instant-delivery nature of our readings, we do not offer refunds.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your reading, contact us and we will re-deliver or resolve the issue.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide a clear, well-lit photo of your palm for the most accurate reading.
Do not submit images that are not of a human palm.
Do not use PalmLipi to harass, spam, or send inappropriate content.
You are responsible for the content you share via WhatsApp.

7. Intellectual property

Your palm reading content belongs to you. You may share, save, or use it as you wish.
The PalmLipi name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Service availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalmLipi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific reading in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any user who violates these terms, sends abusive content, or misuses the service in any way.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PalmLipi after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
